After the finalization of designs and planning the agreement/contract will be done with all the details covered.
We don't take any extra or hidden charges apart from agreement/contract but client has to pay extra for these services - (or has to arrange own)

A change order is a written statement signed by the customer authorizing the contractor to do additional work not included in the original contract. The change order should be signed before the additional work is started, but often it is not in order to keep the project moving. The amount specified extra amount is to be paid by the client to be completed.
Important materials are specified in the contract. All materials are covered, however, as substitutions are sometimes unavoidable (lots of bricks run out, for example, colors of materials are sometimes no longer made), we make it clear that an equal substitution will be made. For items such as tiles, doors or granite that you have not chosen when the contract is signed, a budget is determined in the contract to cover exactly what amount/price range will be spent on them.
We work on advance base mode only that is stage-wise advance, this term is broken down in the contract based on progress with a completion date included. We take the advance deposit of every stage-wise that was mutually decided at the time of contract/agreement.
At Easy Nirman, once we have a final set of drawings out finalized and made an agreement/contract with material specification and material pricing. We make every effort to lock in subcontractor and material prices early on in the job which means your contract price will not change unless you make changes to the project.
In some cases which are huge projects which run for a few years, price escalation comes there only which will be duly written in the contract.

Occasionally, factors such as weather, delays in manufacturing, or inspection backlogs cause changes or delays. We never want delays, but if they happen, we will communicate as soon as we find out.
